Kuassa amps in standalone mode can be assigned to different channels on a multiple inputs/outputs in a soundcard so it can accommodate your band members. Great for a simple band practice or rehearsal. See how!
Hey! did you know that @kuassa Amp Sims in Standalone Mode can be loaded separately and assigned different inputs & outputs?
- Easy and convenient for band briefings and stuff. You can also use it as a plugin in DAWs like Reaper, Ableton Live, ProTools, Logic, etc on your home studio setup and record the session for pre-recorded live shows!
- This time, we are using SSL Audio’s SSL2 audio interface for Arie and Yuda from @disconnectedmusic. Of course if you are using soundcard with more inputs, it can accommodate more band personnels. For example: 2 guitars in mono, 1 synth (stereo) , 1 bass (mono), 1 vocals (mono), and a drummer with an electric drum setup with stereo output can be accommodated by an 8 input soundcard. You can assign 8 outputs to 8 speakers or a stereo speaker with additional ones using headphones. Just be creative with what you have, and the routings!
- For the software, we are using Amplifikation Caliburn #jcm900 and Cerberus Bass Amp valve drive in Standalone Mode. Both are accommodating a pre-gig rehearsal for one
- About Standalone mode, it available as option when you install our Amplifikation range of amp sims on you r computer. Standalone Mode are installed as an app, and can be launched without DAWs (hence the name “Standalone” mode)
